Broken Ruleset?

Is this ruleset now broken? I came back after a long hiatus to try restart some of my games that were paused. All my old campaigns and files no longer work, HOWEVER facing the idea of redoing it all wasn't to deter me, but the completely fresh brand new campaign I made still doesn't seem to work. I create a fresh character on an extension-less campaign and go to power and get a number of errors pop up, can't create new powers, nor NPCs, etc.
Am I missing something or has this broken on SW end?

Your 4E ruleset is very out dated. Do you have an unpacked 4e ruleset?

An unpacked? I just ran the updater from the launcher

I would recommend checking your ruleset folder and deleting the 4E.pak file and then run the updater again.

I have given that a whirl and it prompted a re-download of 4e ruleset. Looks like it worked! Bizarre, but thanks for the troubleshooting!

My 4e ruleset looks like the screenshot you first posted. I tried deleting the 4E.pak twice and then ran the update with no change after creating a new campaign. Can someone show me what it is supposed to look like and what else I might try? Thanks.

Please recreate the errors and then compile the FG logs and post them here. Link in my signature gives details on how to do this.

I don't get any errors. I was just referring to SuperTeddy57's comment that the ruleset looked old from the screenshot he had posted. My ruleset when loaded looks just like that. Just wondering if maybe it has also failed to update.

The date in the chat looked out of date. The theme looks as I can see. You posted errors in your screen shot and wondered if an update got stuck and needed further work. If your not getting errors then it should be fine.

I didn't post any screenshots. I just noticed your post in response to another poster who had an issue. Misunderstanding then. I think I am fine. Thanks.
