OFFICIAL - E20 Power Rangers RPG Bug Report Thread

Please post bugs related to the ruleset here. Please provide as much detail as possible. This would include steps taken before bug/error appears and images of the console output or issue. Also please ensure you are disabling all extensions and testing again prior to reporting bugs/errors. If this resolves the issue, then it would be best to report the issue in the extension's thread instead.

When reporting please use the tips from this post to help give as much information as needed:

    Hello,

Not sure if this counts as a bug, but there appears to be a section of the rules that is missing from the Fantasy Grounds version of the Power Rangers core rulebook. In chapter 10, under Combat, there is a section titled "Taking Your Turn". At the end of that section, at the bottom of the page, there is a subsection titled "Creature Size and Scale". It references a Size Class table, but no such table is available in the Fantasy Grounds version. The next section, "Combat Actions", does not include any details related to creature size. However, in the examples of combat, it does reference upshifts and downshifts as a result of size differences, though the details are nowhere to be found (unless I'm missing it).

I looked up a review of the Power Rangers Manual, and there are sections titled "Map Footprint", "Reach", and "Momentarily Acting Smaller", as well as a size table, all of which appear to be omitted from the Fantasy Grounds version of the book.

Edit: Also, under Combat - Attack Actions, section "Step Two: Shift Skill Modifiers", there is content missing. There should be an Attack Classifications section, rules for cover, Size Class Variations, situational modifiers, and a Size Class Combat Adjustment Matrix table. These are all missing from the Fantasy Grounds book.

Thank you so much for the quick response! When I checked, the content is available on the GM version of the book, but the GM specific sections, like the threats, are no longer available. It looks like the GM version is the fixed player version, and the player version of the book is the same as it was before the fix.

I'll look it over. I'm thinking the campaigns might be in the incorrect folders and we'll get it sorted.

I don't know if what I'm encountering is a bug or just user error. When I am making a character, the morphed form doesn't update the toughness defense score. If I add a number (for example 4, for the Red Ranger's heavy armor) to the bonus slot on the morphed form, nothing happens. I don't know if I'm in the wrong spot or if I have to activate it a different way. The role perks are also not showing up on the sheet and when I try to manually add them (drag and drop all over the page in both edit and not edit mode) nothing happens.

I have never really used this program before, so more than likely this is a me error, but any help would be appreciated.

I tested this and see with my test character the toughness does change when changing the bonus field. We may need more information on your steps to see if we can replicate it.

Yes, it makes the adjustments when you manually enter it on the main page of the sheet, but shouldn't the window that opens up when you switch to the morphed form show the change or allow you to make the adjustment there? That's the part that I'm talking about.Screenshot 2025-11-10 091101.png I can add the boost value, but the morphed toughness doesn't change. It only changes when I manually add it into the main sheet.

Edit: Never mind. I figured that part out. I didn't notice the Base Sync option. Turning that off allows me to make the change.

That still leaves me with the issue of not being able to add the basic spectrum role perks to the sheet. There's a spot for Ranger Perks, but nothing listed and it won't let me add them.
