Do perks work?
For example, will having Laser Commander automatically add +1dC6 damage to Energy Weapons?

Perks will need to be handled by using the misc fields and effects at this time.

Ok, thanks.
What I did was make up unique weapon mods for the perks (Perk - Rifleman 1, Perk - Nuke-the-Man!, etc). Seems to work pretty good that way.

That is great to hear of a alternate use for the weapon mods. Looks like it can stream line your weapons to provide the exact you are looking to perform.
