    Creature Health Indicators 5E

    My ideal set up would be to have each player only able to see their own exact hp and see a bar for party members and only colored dots for nonplayer characters/mobs on the map. Is there a way to achieve this?

    There is no option for that setup, only friendly / enemy options for health status. It would need to be a custom extension written to modify the ruleset to do what you ask.
