    CY_BORG Ruleset

    This is an unofficial, fan-made ruleset for the ttrpg CY_BORG by Stockholm Kartell.

    The ruleset for Fantasy Grounds Unity is on the Forge at: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/3060/view

    It contains character sheets with some automation as well as blank templates for NPCs, apps, items, cybertech etc. It does not include actual items and NPCs etc, you will need to input that data yourself.

    It should be compatible with most CoreRPG themes. A really ugly yellow theme is also available here: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/3062/view

    Other Information – Player Sheet
    Classes
    Can be dropped onto the character sheet as a link for easy reference but there’s no automation for classes so specific HP etc should be done manually.

    Glitches
    On the player sheet there are options to choose some Glitch effects which will automatically apply to the next roll and then untick themselves.

    Nano
    Record types should be “Power” or “Infestation”
    Infestations will only add to a player sheet when dropped specifically onto the right-hand side of a power already on the sheet.

    Rolls
    Rolling Nano or Apps are against a fixed DR of 12, all other rolls use the set DR box below the chat.

    Items
    Normal sized item weight is 1
    Item types should be “Weapon”, “Armor” and anything else you might want to include like gear. Subtypes for weapons should be “Melee” or “Ranged” with “autofire” in the properties list.

    Melee weapons will use strength modifiers, ranged weapons will use presence modifiers. If a weapon has “autofire” in the properties it will use agility instead.
    If subtype is “Ranged”, it will make number of Mags visible on the character sheet and show a button to roll to see if the weapon is out of ammo.

    Other properties that have coding include:
    Ignoring armor in formats like “Ignores 2 armor” or “Ignores 1d6 armor”
    “Armor-piercing”
    “×3 crit damage”
    "DR: 15"


    Other Information - General
    DR
    Players can set the DR of their own rolls and any modifiers in the box below the chat. It defaults to 12.
    You can add effects on the Combat Tracker for DR modifiers for specific abilities. Use formats like “Agility: -2DR” or for all rolls “All: +4DR”.

    Combat Tracker
    Armor on the combat tracker refers to number of sides of the armor dice not the tier (changing the armor on CT doesn’t change it on the player sheet, do that manually)
    The GM can roll damage of NPC attacks under offense sections from the weapon list. The first line of each weapon is the name, second line is properties (like armor-piercing etc) and should auto-populate when dropping an NPC onto the tracker.
    The GM can roll against morale under NPC defense sections.
    HP can be negative, to calculate the cost of rescue.

    Effects
    Having “light cover” or “heavy cover” on the combat tracker affects the DR.
    “Close range”, “long range” and “aiming” effects are for reference only and have no automation.

    Modifiers
    Under the modifiers button are options to make the next damage rolled critical (doubled), max or tripled.

    Language
    There’s a barcode font the GM can use to set up any languages they choose.

    Options
    GMs can switch between the usual ally/enemy health display options of detailed, status, or off.
    The “Hits always hurt” option makes all damage rolls do at least 1 damage.

    Partysheet
    The GM can make group rolls from the party sheet.
    You can also track miseries and roll for them from the main tab of the partysheet.

    Got a request to add the ability to set individual weapon DRs, you can now do that in the properties using the format "DR: 15" etc
