Tried it out. The weapons input for NPCs is working. Just to be clear, when I hover over it, it gives no option to edit. I have to manually used the edit button (looks like a pencil) or the plus (+) button.
Additionally, when I go to the Power Tab in the NPC Sheet, there is no option to add Spells/Powers. You will need to add the Edit Feature there.Fantasy Grounds II Ultimate License Holder

I added the plus button to NPC powers. You can still right click to delete on both fields. Just make sure you are not right clicking over an editable field.

Tried out the update yesterday in my game and the Spells/Powers "+" Button is working for NPCs thank you.
Feature Request
I do have a request. Is it possible to add a Turn Tracker, Watch Tracker, and Day Tracker to the Combat Tracker?
Going on the RAW in Swords & Wizardry Complete Revised, page 33 under "Time", 1 turn = 10 rounds, and 1 round = 1 minute, therefore a Turn is 10 minutes.
TURN TRACKER: It would be incredibly helpful to have a button or something that would advance things in the combat tracker by 10 rounds, but also keep track of Turns. It would also make it much easier to track Light Sources (Torches, Lanterns, Spells), along with Spell and Condition effects that last multiple turns (i.e. Paralysis, Bless, etc.
WATCH TRACKER: I'd also welcome having a button that 4 hour increments (24 Turns or 240 rounds). This would help time keep for overland travel and resource consumption (food, water, etc.)
DAY TRACKER: I do appreciate the Rest Button, which adds removes damage each rest. I do use that in town settings for downtime, though with that I'd welcome a button that advances things by a day/24 hours/144 turns/1,440 rounds.

I had that on the OSE ruleset. it was a bit clunky and I removed it a year ago and nobody said a word. When you try to advance the CT a day in rounds it can actually hang up FG.

No worries. It was a big ask and I completely understand. Nevertheless, I do have another question for you though:
One of my players is has a Dwarf Multi-Class Fighter/Thief. She's got enough xp to get 2nd level as a Thief, but short about 600 xp for the next level in Fighter.
When I go to the Magnify Glass next to XP and click on that, the XP window opens. With the Multi-class option chosen, I drag and drop Thief class, and the level increases and I get the following statement:
Each multi-class hit die is calculated by rolling the appropriate die for each class and averaging the result. If leveling a new hit die is not gained until the character has advanced a level in all classes. Roll for Hitpoints if required.
All this is fine and working great!
However, when we check the Abilities tab on her PC Sheet, none of her Skills as a Thief have increased to 2nd Level. They all remain at the first level rating I'll include the stats for 1st & 2nd level so you don't a have to look it up:
1st Lvl: Climb Walls: 85%; Delicate Tasks and Traps: 15%; Hear Sounds: 3; Hide in Shadows: 10%; Move Silently: 20%; Open Locks: 10%.
2nd Lvl: Climb Walls: 86%; Delicate Tasks and Traps: 20%; Hear Sounds: 3; Hide in Shadows: 15%; Move Silently: 25%; Open Locks: 15%.
