    Great Weapon Fighting correctly?

Is there a way to code D&D 5E Great Weapon Fighting correctly? I have searched through the forums and I have only found the recommendation to use "reroll". This is not how the rule is written. Reroll continues to roll the die until the result is above 2. The rule explicitly states that if the re-rolled die is a 1 or 2, then it must be accepted.

What makes you think that the 1 or 2 is being rolled until it isn't 1 or 2? As far as I am aware the dice is only rolled once and the new result is taken. In my graphic below I made an extreme example of a d4 with a reroll of 3. As you can see it rerolled the dice when the first result was less than 3 and took the new result which was 1.

If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

I see that there are multipe ways of doing this. "https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/2109571073/All+Things+Dice#Supported-Dice-Expressions".
/die 1d6r3 rolls the d6 until it is no longer 3 or less. A command for a single reroll isn't listed.

Those rolls that you are referring to are not built into any rulesets. The only way to get the reroll is to use reroll x in the weapon properties.

This is not the same as the Reroll trait that is in the weapon property. Use the Weapon Property like Mr. Z shows, it will do exactly what it is suppose to do.
