The first two lines of this show that you have two routers between you and the internet - 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1.

Yep. That makes sense. I'll have to talk to my ISP about setting that up. They don't provide admin access to their modem... at least as far as I know.

If you can actually see what the modem is, many of the ISPs don't change the modem's default password, and you can google the modem brand and model to get the default password (if it's not "admin"). Doesn't hurt to try

That fixed it. Called the ISP. They forwarded the ports. FG tests are now showing a connection. Thanks again!
