Paizo and SmiteWorks sign an agreement for official Pathfinder support!

Yep, add them to the cart and it should reflect the discount. Paizo only notifies us of PDFs that we also have conversions created for already. KM 1-3 and the ROTRL modules are all that is presently available in the store and the rest are ignored.

Thanks for the feedback on the sticky info. The discount feature was added last minute once I saw that they were sending back the PDF info. Originally the method for getting a discount was only going to be available on the Paizo site and therefore this stuff wasn't planned out more fully.

An update from my side: I worked together with Erik Keith from the Paizo customer support, as further purchases of PF stuff again did not sync. Erik said he found the issue, so I hope this will be resolved soon for the future. You guys are doing an excellent job all over.

The issue with the PDFs is identified and we expect to hear back from Paizo about this tomorrow. I will be unavailable tomorrow but we should be able to have this resolved by Friday evening. Once resolved, you may have to use the Sync page to resend the purchases again, but you won't lose anything other than a delay in getting the PDFs.

I am not sure there is a reason to taunt a fellow player. Since their pöst is baffling and the person in question has been a member for a while, I'd much rather know whats up and if we a a community can mend it.

FWIW I did manage to get the Core Rules and Bestiary 1 with the discount since I already own the PDFs. I got the Core Rules Tuesday and Bestiary Wednesday.

If you sync your account and send us proof showing that you owned those PDFs before you bought it here, we can issue you a refund for those equal to the PDF. Email us at [email protected].
