    GM Core purchase from FG not Syncing with Paizo.

    About a week ago I purchased GM Core on Fantasy Grounds and it isn't syncing with Paizo. Or if it is, it's not showing on the Paizo end. I did email Fantasy Grounds support, first, but it's been a business week and no response. Does Paizo no longer include the PDFs with Fantasy Grounds module sales? Or is something not working? In the past I was able to sync and download right after purchase. If the PDF cost discount is no longer reciprocal, that's fine, I'm just looking for answers right now.

    Did you get the automated email response from FG support after submitting your ticket? If not, you should check your spam folder etc. I know they have been very busy with the 4.5 updates, but I would have expected something by now.

    Try unsyncing and then resyncing.
    If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

    Yes, I did. Been checking the spam folder, too, and nothing since.

    Try unsyncing and then resyncing.
    Just tried that. Unauthorized, reauthorized, Pulled from Paizo, Pushed to Paizo, GM core PDF not showing as own on Paizo's side.

    I've asked our support guys if they know anything, but it's probably best to submit a Support ticket from the menu at the top of the forums so it gets tracked as well.

    *clicks sync buttons and checks Paizo.com. Hard refresh.* Nope. At least not yet. Will check again tonight and if it still doesn't work, I'll just buy the darn PDF.

    Earlier today, just to test after things seemed to be fixed, I nuked the Token from Paizo, then generated a new token and synced with it. When all was said and done, everything was synced and good to go.
    It might take some time for items to fully sync on both ends.
