So, I tried the simple thing: I disabled the Advanced Effects from bmos and loaded FGU. No change in the error. I'm going to try and delete all of the extensions...

Yeah, I think it is a combination of all possible errors; you have too old versions My extension actually got relabeled half a year or so ago (It is not called Full OverlayPackage anymore) So, you certainly need to update via the forge, I think

Deleting the extensions reloading through the updater seemed to work, in that I don't get the error anymore. Some other things to clean up, but the main problem is solved. Thanks everyone for the help.
