Unconscious and Healing
Is it by design that when a player is knocked unconscious and then healed the unconscious effect remains? Is there a way in FG to have the unconscious effect removed when an unconscious player is healed...without a 3rd party extension? Seems like it should be there. My DM is always forgetting to remove the unconscious effect from players who've been healed and it causes problems later on if nobody notices.

When asking ruleset specific questions, it is best to ask them in the ruleset specific forum. Not all systems use the same rules for these things, so we have to guess and then folks who don't play the ruleset you are interested in spend time perusing threads not of interest to them.
That said, most of the big rulesets that I play don't have a way to automate the removal of the unconscious effect that I've ever found. It would be nice, though would probably have to be ruleset specific as I'm not sure if RAW unconscious should be removed when healed. Either way, it would need to go on the wish list as a feature enhancement. It's one I would vote for

Yeah, not sure why I didn't post that there. I think because I was staring at a Unity screen.
