Bug: NPC damage roll twice when in Fixed mode, but only apply damage once

Hello,

I have noticed since the last large update (Feb 16th?), that the player-controlled NPCs roll damage twice (once fixed and once a dice roll), but the fixed damage is the only damage applied to the targeted creature. See screen shots. This has happened over 3 different gaming sessions with multiple players (not the same player) and only seems to happen when the options are set to NPC damage fixed.

I'm not seeing this in the 5E ruleset; I tried rolling from both the combat tracker NPC attack line as well as highlighting in the NPC sheet. (I tried on an aboleth.)

Are you running any extensions?
