Feature Request: Token Functionality

A few token-related features I've found myself wishing FGU provided:

1. Set/maintain token z-order: This can enable things like mounts and their riders.
2. Grouping tokens: Group tokens together so they can be moved and handled easily. This is another example of this proving useful for a mount + rider.
3. GM Token Layer: Ability to send a token to or from a special token/GM layer. This helps to prevent accidentally moving or manipulating tokens while on the primary/default layer.
4. New Resize Token Method: Allow a selected token to be resized by "grip" handles the way images can be resized in the layer mode. This allows for rapidly sizing a token to an odd size format, such as 2x4 or 1x3.
5. Token Shading/Coloring: Allow a color to be set for a token's edge and/or as a semi-translucent shading color. For example, a bloodied character's token may display a red edge or a red shading for visual clarity.
6. Token Locking: The ability to lock a token so it cannot be moved, rotated or otherwise manipulated. (Even by the GM.)
7. Token vision sharing: The ability to add LOS/vision permission to a player for a specified token.
