Unable to Change Default Images of Tokens Within a Module

As I'm populating maps of a dwarven city with tons of, you guessed it, dwarves, I run into what is I'm sure an all too common problem. A vast majority of dwarf tokens are simply a capital 'D' pog. This makes it hard for players to keep track of which dwarves are guards, nobles, clergy, commoners, etc.

What ways do I possess to change one token's image to a different image?
If I have to choose between one evil and another, then I prefer not to choose at all.

You are going to have to unlock the entity first, and depending upon how the module was made depend what you need to unlock.

Try opening the encounter, unlock it (or copy it if you can not unlock it), then you can switch out the tkens in that encounter by dragging a new token to the NPC toekn or the instance token.

If its not an encoutner, then you can do pretty much the same thing with the NPC record itself.

IF that doesn't work, screen shots will tell us more

When I try to unlock it, an annotation appears at my mouse stating "Read Only." Is this because it is a Wizards of the Coast LLC module?

In that image I am trying to take the orange highlighted image and use it to replace the 'D' of a Dwarf Guard. I may have mistaken your instructions. What I tried after reading your instructions was dragging the highlighted image to the 'D' image within the encounter box.

Yes, so you would have to copy it first, but that won't solve what you showed me below

That doesn't work? Hmmm.... What if you drag to the D on the left of the dwarf line? Does it replace all instances with the new token? I would think that would work...

The other option is once they are on the CT you could then replace their tokens (but updating the encounter should work...)
