Missing emplacement checkmarks in homemade encounters
Hi,
I've created a new encounter, dragged the monster in the encounter panel and updated the CR/XP of the encounter.
I've selected a map, added a grid but when I place the monster's token on the map I don't get the checkmark in the encounter panel.
(and in addition if I add the encounter in the combat tracker the hide/unhide doesn't work properly. I think this is related to the above issue.)
I should have done something incorrectly but I don't see what.
Any ideas?
Below is a snasphot

Edit: I've found the error I made. Can't delete this thread, though. Admin, please feel free to do it.Last edited by christophe; March 31st, 2020 at 12:45.

create new encounter
add actors to the encounter
drag the token on the Placement line to the map
close the encounter and the tokens will dissappear
but when you add the encounter to the CT it will populate both CT and map

Drag the token instance, the one from underneath the NPC and not the one to the left oftheNPC.
