Unsure how to solve connection issues

Hiya! I'm wanting to start playing out my campaign but the run test always fails and my friends can't get on. I got really confused reading the connection issues thing... for starters, I'm definitely on proper wifi not my mobile hotspot, cross-platform compatibility is enabled, I added a new rule to accept all TCP 1802 connections. I have no idea how to set my network to private, and I'm in NZ if that helps anything. Thanks!
EDIT: I've since figured out how to change my network to private but the connection still fails.
