Chris/Game Tile Warehouse does some awesome tiles. You can find some of his stuff on the forums here, mostly past kickstarter announcements for "Meanders". Great work and he is very customer focused. There are others too, but I don't (yet) have personal experience with them.

Tiled is indeed very good if you have a bunch of tiles.
Dungeon painter Online is great for squick maps once you get used to it.
Dungeonfog makes some beautiful maps.
