    To be hit modifiers

Does anyone know if there is a way to automate hit modifiers?

I'm running a super powered game and some of the powers give the super villain a -4 to be hit, I know you can just use the modifier box but i was wondering if there was a way to automate this so attacks against him always have a -4.

I'm also trying to create an effect that can be applied to npc's that makes them easier to hit.

    any help would be appreciated.

You can do this with effects. For instance

"You can't touch me [Defense +4]"
"Alright, you primitive screwheads, listen up: THIS... is my BOOMSTICK!" -- Ash Williams, Army of Darkness
