I just downloaded the new version of Fantasy Grounds. I believe a fix that was pushed to resolve an issue I reported on Dec 7th is erroneous (see posts #483-487 of this thread).
I believe the exact opposite of the desired behavior has been effected.
No extensions are loaded.
Attached is a screenshot. I marched through similar steps as those I posted previously. Details are described in the edited/annotated screenshot.
Please note
both the GM's instance of FG (boxed in orange) and the Player's instance (boxed in blue-gray) are shown in the screenshot.
the Options Manager Tool settings that are shown in the screenshot are mandatory

I have not pushed an update to the rulesets, only the client.

The Save roll is a roll for the character. It's being triggered by the GM, but the roll is their saving throw.

Kobold Press, Tome of Beast 2, Diminution Drake, Actions
The text for "In One Bite" action is included inside the "Claw" action instead of having its own action.

I will bring this to the developer's attention.

Tomb of Beasts 3:
"Fiend Lord, Abhaddanayla" has the incorrect token. It looks like the author accidentally used "Fiend Lord, Malaabit"'s token art instead.
Looking in the token folder, it seems the token image for "Fiend Lord, Abhaddanayla" is missing.

In Monsters of the Multiverse, the Shifter race when chosen pops up a window (correctly) allowing the player to choose a skill proficiency from 4 available. But then when choosing a subrace, FG improperly also gives one of those skill proficiencies based on the subrace chosen - an old rule from the Eberron version of the race, that was replaced with free choice in MotM. It places those proficiencies as traits on the Abilities tab with names like "Fierce" (for Intimidation, which it pairs with Longtooth)

The answer here is to not have the Eberron book open if you want to use the Shifter race since the MotM version replaces the one in Eberron. There's not much that can be done to stop the subrace choice popping up if you have the Eberron book open (or any other module with the Shifter race in it), since FG looks through everything you have open looking for subraces of the chosen race. The same will apply to a number of races where these kind of changes have been made to the way the race works.
Also if you use the character wizard then no choice of skill pops up at all when the race is selected. So that's something that I'll pass on to the character wizard developer. Currently the character wizard is undergoing a major revision and the new version will allow you to pick the race from a specific book and will correctly handle this kind of thing where different versions of a race appear in different books. So in this case it won't pop up a subrace choice if you select the MotM version of the Shifter but will if you choose the Eberron version. However the choice of skill isn't popping up in the new version, so again, I'll pass that along to the CW developer.

Thanks! I hope they don't take the same approach with subclasses, since people will want to browse through all the subclasses in all books when choosing one at level 3-ish.

You shouldn't have a problem with sub classes since they are all different anyway. Other than the UA each subclass from all of the books should be unique and so there won't be a choice of two subclasses that are the same. The problem with races is that WotC have produced several versions of some of the races in different books over the years. However as I say the new version of the CW solves these issues (and a lot more).

So, not sure if this is a bug but the process for taking a racial trait that adds proficiency to a skill only seems to work if you call it Menacing. I was trying to give a home brew race a bonus skill ("You gain proficiency in the Insight skill."). If I name the racial trait Menacing, it will work - shows up during the Character Wizard process. However, if I called it Insightful, for instance, it will only show it as a Trait with no effect to the skill.
Outside the Character Wizard, dropping it onto a blank character sheet will give the Insight skill to the character.

The current version of the CW has a fair bit of hard coding and so I suspect that it is feeding off the trait name rather than the wording of the trait. The next version currently in development should have a lot less such coding and should pick up more on the wording of the trait and so should be a lot more home brew friendly in that respect.
So, kind of a bug at present but kind of also not, given the way the code currently works.

There is a slight formatting error in the NPC entry for Graz'zt in the Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse module. His persuasion skill is listed as "Persuasion +15" and is not rendered as rollable.

in Light of Xaryxis, Lox part 4 of the story 4.04 it looks like one of the encounters didn't copy over from the reference manual, to the story.
(there is a circle where an encounter link should be.)

In the character creation screen when selecting Cleric -> Life Domain, the Heavy Armor bonus proficiency is missing.
Also missing from this is the starting equipment of a warhammer (if proficient). A warhammer is not even listed when using the purchase equipment button in the wizard.
This equipment is listed as starting equipment in the basic rules (such as in starter or essentials packs)
A lot of the equipment that is chosen in the character wizard does not show up in the character sheet

Proficiencies aren't noted for domains as far as I know; only for the basic class and/or background. Same goes for starting equipment; only that noted is presented. If you become proficient due to something like an archetype that doesn't get noted. The current Wizard is undergoing a big revision.

Ahh ok cool I'll wait for the revision.
I just brought it up because I use a war hammer and chain mail for my starting dwarf cleric.

There are apparently no entries under the 'story' category, even with the Shadow of the Dragonqueen module loaded...?

SotDQ uses a new philosophy. All reading content is in the Reference Manual, not the Story entries. I thought they were going to put a story entry in telling people that, but I guess that hasn't been done.

Do you know if they'll be changing older modules to reflect that new philosophy too?

I don't think so. If they were to then it would break existing campaigns.

I just realized this is the old (2022) thread. New issues should be posted in this thread: 5e Bug Reports (2023) (fantasygrounds.com) (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?76223-5e-Bug-Reports-(2023)) and this one should be closed. See you all in the other thread!
