5E Ruleset, New Campaign, No Extension and after full update. (before this setting I tried with all extension loaded on actual live campaign and is the same).

I don't see this. It looks like you got an old CoreRPG version.
Try to delete the CoreRPG.pak file under Fantasy Grounds/rulesets/ and do an update. Also, be sure to not have any unpacked ruleset files & folders.

as per messago to another thread to Trenloe first time this happen and I confirm I had a unzipped CoreRpg folder inside ruleset folder..
As always fastly solved from the community.. Thanks a lot for your fast and super assistance!!!
