DM'ing Adventurers League Questions

If I wanted to DM adventurer's league online through Fantasy Grounds how does the game become "official"? Reading the FAQ gives the impression that it must be streamed. How would characters be tracked in games I run to other games? If someone who has run some AL games could fill me in it would be much appreciated.

Streaming is no longer required to run online, but you can increase the dm rewards by streaming.

So how do I get DM rewards? I have found information on what rewards are but who tracks this stuff? How is it made official? I have not found any information that explains how it works. It seems like it is all mostly on the honor system. So, if that is the case I can just start running games then? Post it on a calendar and go?

AL works on the honor system.
DMs and players are expected to keep their own logs, some do it on paper, some use tools like AL Online Tools
ALO is also the most referenced resource for finding online games/players
