Make Subdir readable by Fantasy Grounds

Good Morning.
Just a thought that would be nice if fantasy grounds software could do, I have collected a good selection of mods from
FG / 3rd party / and my own. so my dir is kinda long. Would it be possible to make the software be able to read from sub dir when it loads? This way we could separate are mods by type and make some easier to find.
I.E
modules
-- adventures
-- tokens

And when you load a campaign it still reads those dirs for available modules
