Hit Location

I would like to know if it would be possible to adapt that hit location from BRP to GURPS, would any rule be infringed?
Because I think it fits perfectly in GURPS, of course values should be changed, or better things should be re-adapted to GURPS.

What are you referring to?

Gurps already has a bunch of hit location tables.
