You can already play GURPS in FG. The current ruleset is perfectly fine.

I'm looking forward to this, as well. It will allow me to continue my BlackEagle/BlackEagle technothriller game using GURPS. I hope that with the new ruleset I'll be able to drag skills down to the hotbar and have the 3d6 roll upon press, etc. I know what SJ Games policy when it comes to automation is (however archaic and so totally inane I might think it is), but that is something I can probably (hopefully) kludge in if it's not present. I also may need a couple more players...
