How do I apply cover modifiers?

I'm new to Fantasy Grounds and I can't find out how to add cover modifiers to characters.

(half, three quarters, and full cover)

Use the -2 and -5 modifier buttons to reduce the to hit roll or add AC effects to increase AC by 2 and 5.

5E only has 2 types of cover Also, their might be effects for them, but the modifiers MP mentions is, imo, the best wayt o do it, since a character or NPC may only have cover against some opponents and not all of them, depending upon position.

Thanks. I figured it had something to do with the modifier buttons, but I wasn't sure.

Also I forgot that "Full Cover" just means you can't get hit.

Also if you click on the +/- button top right there's a cover and superior cover button.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

You can also use the COVER or SCOVER effect. Info here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/...ects#Modifiers

I find the modifier buttons the most useful as my most used cover situation (firing into melee which the cover rule states is 1/2 cover) is very situational. The person attacking applies the modifier to the attack roll and it is done.
