in the Action tab, the cast does not take the skill level into account

Broken parcel link? Attack of the Swarm, AP 3, Huskworld, Lecture Hall, Soulfire least photon crystal, and no parcel for it actually so not just a broken link.
I don't even understand what item it's supposed to be either - https://www.aonsrd.com/WeaponFusions...mName=Soulfire or https://aonsrd.com/WeaponDisplay.asp...&Family=Photon ?

Carrying Capacity does not seem to be reporting correctly. I tried creating a new character as well to see if it was just being buggy on the initial character. This screen shot is with all extensions disabled.
