Can the current Deadlands rules be used for older campaigns?

I want to run a Deadlands campaign called The Flood but I want to use the current Deadlands rules; The Flood is a Deadlands Reloaded campaign, and Reloaded rules are outdated.

Is it possible to run The Flood using the current rules for Deadlands in Fantasy Grounds? Sorry if this is a silly question; I’ve never used this site before, and so far it’s the only one that I know has both the current rules for Deadlands and the older campaigns available.

I should also specify that I have never used a VTT before, so if I use this one, it’ll be my first.

Yes, the older Deadlands adventures will load into the newer ruleset.
There may be some missing links to things that have changed. I suggest you explore the adventure before game night and find all those changes.
You can ask specific questions as you learn and someone will have an answer.
You could also watch videos of Savage game play, or sit in on a game to observe.
