    Hey,

    I'm using a modified version of ASD (I removed the text decoding part because I wasn't using it, but I could add it back if needed) which works with the latest version of FGU and other extensions.

    I've made some additional changes:


    • Added a small arrow to change the Spell level cast value
    • A message in the chat to announce that an upcast has occurred (this can be enabled or disabled via an option)
    • A new tag for effects: SLVLMIN: x ==> x being the minimum value for [SLVL]
    • Added an informative tag for each effect from a spell: SLVLCAST: x to indicate that the effect was cast at level x (useful for counterspells and creatures immune to level x spells)--> "IMMUNE: CUSTOM(SLVLCAST: 1)" for exemple. This can also be enabled or disabled via an option.


    These changes were initially intended for my personal use. I sent a PM to B9 some time ago, but I haven't received a response.

    Since his expansion is initially a paid expansion, I cannot share my changes without his permission.

    Keep in mind that it's not that I don't believe you, but I just had a mini session with my group and the damage rolled for an uplifted spell was applied normally with Advanced Spell Damage. And I had ASD, BCEG and another dozen extensions loaded, combat was fine and damage applied correctly.
    Just to rule out a possible cause: did you also load B9 - Common Core, since it's a prerequisite for all of Bratch9's extensions?

    Yes, the core was loaded. I suspect some other extension to interfere but as the error appears at some point during combat (and not immediately), it is hard to tell. We had everything working including upcasts for some time, then console opens with script error pointing to this extension, afterwards all functionality is lost. I will try to recreate and post the error.

    Perhaps it’s possible to just publish the diff so the people owning the extension can run patch?
    It would be useless for everyone else.

    If you're still unsuccessful in contacting bratch9, try contacting Moon Wizard to see if there's a way for you to "take over" the maintaining of the extension.

    After discussing it with MoonWizard, I can't take over this expansion without Bratch9's agreement (due to copyright issues).

    Perhaps the notifications on this forum will make it appear

    I have recently updated Fantasy Grounds and tested this extension in our campaign. Everything works fine, so I suspect it is one of the other extensions you are using that could be causing the problem.

    Here is the exact error (single line, no other errors before or after) with spell not applying damage.

    I finally traced this down to an incompatibility in-between Equipped Effects and this extension.
    If one of them is disabled, everything works. If both are enabled - above error.
