The new live version is updated, Ardem uploaded the following Rolemaster FRP modules (repaired version 54) with all spells, skills and Professions and Races:
1. Mentalism Companion
2. Channeling Compendium
3. Essence Compendium
4. Arcane Compendium
5. Rolemaster Rules with the following new features and bug fixes:
a. RR recalculated, Poison seperated from Disease, Terror deleted, Psionics added and arcane correct calculated
b. automatic Profession/Level bonus added to categories of Character sheet after Profession is chosen new once
c. automatic Realmstat calculation and pick after Realm is chosen new once
d. all races from Culture&races added- need to rechoose race
6. hundreds of bug fixes regarding spelling and coding

All skill descriptions from the Skill Compendium (School of hard knocks) are already live, and we are working on the RMSS Martial Arts Compendium and School of Hard Knocks Professions like the Swashbuckler.

FRP repair v54 extension and character sheet
Hi,
I'm using the FRP form Ardem. And I tried the FRP repair v54 extension but it totally changed the character sheets. Maybe it is normal because I don't master FRP but from my point of view it doesn't look fine.
Maybe an other extension interacts. I'd liked to post the screenshots of the two different skill of the player sheet but on this forum I don't see the option to add pictures.

Sorry the display of the Forum with Firefox is not the same as in Chrome or Edge.
Here the two screenshots of the SKILL part of the character sheet.
The first one is with FRP repair v54 extension. The second one is as it should be (or the way I use it until now). Totals are messed up, when I deactivate FRP repair v54 extension and I have to manually change each rank to have recalculated right.Last edited by Engelmann; April 25th, 2026 at 17:59.

If you use the right mouse button you can change the sorting from alphabetic to sorting category and skills belonging to the category.
The old charactersheet was completely bugged- don´t know which version you used, but the Realmstat calculation was never right, the professional bonus was not correctly distributed and now of course all is calculated again- if you manually corrected something in the past to adjust the numbers, these is no longer nessessary, but of course you have to adjust your old sheet.
If you are not sure, how to install FRPG correctly:
you need to delete all FRP.ext from your FGU extension directory and all FRP...Compenium.mod from your module directory first- then you have to install Ardems extension after installing (and buying) RMC. You have to go to your library and unload Character Law (because its from RMC and will mix things up), Arms Law and Spell Law, and load all FRP... modules you find in your library. In your chat should be shown: repaired V54 (or before starting FGU in your extension directory).

It seems, you had used RMC skills in the past instead of FRP skills or mixed them. That is not possible without creating a mess sooner or later. You need to drag/drop ALL skills from the skills menu after you had unloaded RMC Charakter LAw and loaded Rolemaster FRP Rules.

If you want to use a RMC installation parallel, you have to create/open a new campaign and hold them seperate strictly, one with FRPG and the other with only RMC

I have started a new campaign to try this out and am having some problems.
I did delete all FRP.ext. There is no FRP*Compendium.mod. I unloaded Arms, Spell, and Character Law modules and loaded all the FRP modules.
The chat window shows FRP repaired v53 for FGU RMC. Normalizes RMFRP profession LvlBonus aliases/dublettes and preserves non-zero bonuses; v52 split Power Awareness/Power Manipulation list retained." I don't get v54.
When I add Categories, there are only 7 categories loaded.
When I add skills to the Skill Development dialog, I get a bunch of these errors: s'Cannot automatically add the Category Bonus, as you have more then one category with the same group, delete or change to a another skill Calc and you can continue'
When I right click and select Group (which I assume is what you meant for changing the sorting), I don't get the highlighted categories as shown in the previous picture from Englemann. I do get a little extra vertical space with no text.
As mentioned, this is with a brand new campaign where I followed the steps as described although I'm not sure about the "install Ardems extension" part. I enabled it in the Forge. The vault directory shows the file 516...dat with a date of Apr 27 19:37.
I checked for updates a couple times before and while trying this out.
Any help to get this working would be appreciated.
