TWo errors that pop up for missing graphics on Crit Fail & Out of Bounds

Every time I load SWADE campaigns iget two little errors pop up related to missing graphics for a two things around crit fail and out of bounds.
I went through a process of disabling extensions, and finally got down to just raw SWADE.
    The errors are still there>
I have a log file if anybody can help with what might be causing it?

I'm running fantasy grounds v5.1.6 on a Mac with MacOS 13.7.8
SWADE with no extensions loaded still produces error log

You're running an old version of SWADE from a folder.
Delete or rename the SavageWorlds subfdolder.
Then run a manual update and use the downloaded ruleset.

    Thanks!
    That's fixed it!
Any clues as to how I might have messed that up so I can avoid doing it again?
I usually just do the updates when there's a green box around the "Check For Updates" button

The ruleset file probably updated, but if there's an unpacked folder containing the ruleset, it uses that subfolder over the .pak file.
That's by design. It allows devs to use their working code over the deployed ruleset.
So just don't unzip any rulesets, extensions, or modules into FGU content folders, and you'll be fine.
If you want to unzip anything to look at it, unzip it where FGU won't see it, or delete the folder when you're done poking around.
