OK, thanks for posting that screenshot. This is showing that the data in your modules directory (from your previous screenshot) is not up to date - there should be at least the 5E basic rules and SRD modules there.

Try this:
1) From the FG setting screen (click the "settings" button), click the "Manage" button and enter you FG website User Name and Password and click "Login" - make sure there is not a login error here. Click the OK button then run a FG update.
2) After the update: from the FG main start screen - click the folder icon. This will open a file explorer in the directory that FG recognises as the data directory. You should see more modules than the ones you showed in your original screenshot of the modules directory. Paste your new module files here.

After doing the above steps - try accessing the modules again. If you still can't access the Rob2E modules, then please send a screenshot of the modules directory with it's current contents - access this directory from the folder icon in the top right of the main FG launch screen, don't use the Window search facility.

Uhhh Trenloe you were right!
Windows search was missleading me... wtf... i still dont know what windows did bcuz in theory its the same path and folder O.O
