Thanks for the suggestions. For the discount/sync, we added a note to the product pages for each of those at the top. I've been reluctant to modify the shopping cart and product listing too much more because it's a bit of a Frankenstein monster already with 13 years of hooks, warts and boils bolted on to provide sales, merchant discounts, etc. and the Paizo products only account for less than 2% of our product catalog (14 out of 757 products). It should show ownership though whenever your are logged on.

I had to go to my synchronization page and re-download my purchases, even though I have owned the Bestiary 4 since its release. I had already done the sync when I bought the initial materials (except Kingmaker - waiting for the line to be completed), so I am not sure why I had to re download for my discount to appear.
Paizo may be only 2% of catalog items, but hopefully it is a lot more than 2% of your sales revenue now. However, I understand your hesitation, and thanks for the reply -- I certainly wasn't expecting that.

The sync only pulls over products that correspond to FG versions of files we have created so far. There is a preliminary step we do when we put it into the store that tells Paizo that the product is created and after that, they send us back PDF ownership for corresponding products. I believe this is so that we don't get a list of all PDFs and purchases from a Paizo customer when we shouldn't really need that level of information.

Makes sense, but I religiously follow these boards and failed to pick up on that point. Hence my recommendation to add the note to cart. I did not load the product page. When I heard Bestiary 4 was released, I simply went to store, and purchased it right from the product list without loading the product page (since I was very familiar with the product). However, I knew how to sync from my prior experience, so I believed I knew what to do (and did, in this case).

You mean beyond Bestiary 2 and 3 and the rest of Kingmaker?

Yes, that was a great program. I still like it better than HeroLab, but I guess I am a HeroLab convert now, as I have all the Paizo stuff over there too.
I have been here longer than the old RPGXplorer days though.
Let me check my notes on other releases....
