Doug, there was talk earlier in this thread about releasing Paizo modules on a one-per-month basis (or something to that effect). Can you tell us if the work on that is ongoing so that the initial release might be larger (include more AP chapters) than originally discussed? For instance, might we see 2 or 3 Rise of the Runelords sections? Or is the plan to still release 1 per month for each AP?

Pricing wise for rise of the rune lords... Is it purchased in one lump sum as with the D&D adventures and just having the individual books unlocking as they get released.
Or has the anniversary edition been broken up into individual books for purchase?

We built the conversions based on the new Anniversary Edition, but they are provided in single modules. This is what we discussed and implemented after our initial planning stage, but then there was a new wrinkle when we worked up the integration between Paizo.com and FantasyGrounds.com because those products are not available in PDF individually. The older adventures are different and don't match 1:1. We are still working out how to deal with that scenario, but my suggestion so far is that we link all products that have a 1:1 match as usual but don't link back the Anniversary Edition to the full anniversary edition until the entire set is owned. That may add a delay until they are all available, but I think it's the best solution at this point.

Is this to say that after the paizo content launches it is likely we won't get a discount for owning the rise of the runelords pdfs until fantasy grounds releases all six books? And up until that point we would have to purchase them at the standard price for adventure path modules?
Or are you saying that rise of the runelords won't be available for purchase at all until you have completed their conversion in full?
Sorry, a tad confused as to what you meant.

Yes, the first way. You would not be able to get the discounted price from Paizo for the individual chapters from the Anniversary edition because there are no individual PDFs available for it. Similarly, because there are no PDFs for it, you wouldn't get the discount either. Once all 6 are done, we will bundle them and make the bundle available and the discount and/or free or discounted PDF will work both ways because there is a corresponding product for it.

So is the pricing going to come in at 1/6th of the Anniversary Edition with each chapter? It might just make more sense to sell the initial product as the Anniversary Edition with the understanding that it will be updated on a particular schedule (say, monthly) until all the chapters are complete. That way buyers will immediately have access to the full Anniversary Edition product or discount (still unclear how that's going to pan out) via Paizo. Otherwise, when you do finish all the chapters and "bundle it" to correspond with the Paizo Anniversary Edition the price paid will not reflect the MSRP of the linked product.

I agree as well. I'd rather that you just sell us the whole Anniversary Edition and we get updates to it as they are completed and approved.

We can probably add that option as well. We just have to be very clear on the messaging if they are not all out at once. Essentially, you will be buying into a partially complete product and pre-ordering the rest. I can already foresee some customer service emails where people didn't read the notice and were expecting to jump right into #4 out of #6 or something like that.
