Changing Boxes with CTRL only

In one of my Rulesets you can change the content of Boxes only while holding the CTRL Button. Is there a quick way to realize the same thing for the standard Rulesets?
Sometimes its quite annoying if the content chenges while hovering over a box and playing with the mousewheel by accident.

A quick way, not really. What you do is define your own templates for numbercontrols, stringcontrols, etc. and force them to only be updatable when control is pressed. However, this means replacing all of those default controls with your own. Might be doable with a good search and replace utility but you have to make sure you don't do it on every field just the ones you want locked (i.e. maybe just the character sheet and not the story text control).
