2e mod?

Hi i am just wondering if there is an exstention for this to make it more like M&M 2e? i do own the 3e rulebook on here so it doesn't need to be a stand alone exstention it can be one that requires 3e, Thanks!

A quick search of the Forge shows no mods or extensions that will do that. You would need to create your own extension.

if I was to do a 2e mod it would be better to do it of the 3.5 or pathfinder ruleset, that way you would just need an extension to mod the character sheet and add the toughness safe mechanic
