Fallout Extensions not showing

Hello,
I got four Fallout extensions from Forge recently. These are from HalifaxVT. They are the Halifax Core, Floating Tabs, Perk Automation and Grid Based Combat Automation extensions. Although they show up in my Fanasy Grounds extensions folder, they are not showing as options in the client screen. I have contacted HalifaxVT and he has done as much troubleshooting as reasonably possible, to no avail. Perhaps it is on my end. Any way you can help resolve these extensions not showing up as options?

I looked at Halifax Core and Floating Tabs. Both have been packaged incorrectly - the extension code is within a folder inside the extension. The code (minimum of extension.xml) should be in the root of the .ext ZIP file. Information here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...n+-+Data+Files
