I just found this thread and yesterday I released my AI transcription discord bot with a Web Interface that provides transcriptions, summaries and more (in the future)

I working on implementing a feature called 'campaign planner' and 'knowledge base' which will use retrieval augmented generation to help you plan you sessions. This might be what you are looking for.
It's an early stage piece of software, so any feedback and suggestions would be welcome
