Finally found a free Text-to-Speech Software that doesn't sound like 8-bit voice from the 80s, for all your voicing needs. I remember some people were looking for it deep in the forums so here it is: https://www.cross-plus-a.com/balabolka.htm

If I can find time, I will use this to voice my characters. Only problem is, it can't do real-time. For streaming Voice Changer, there is Voice.ai but it is not free. And the free one is not that good.
