    Traveller set initiaive process?

    OK, my players are rolling initiative, 2d6 + appropriate stat (Dex or Int) but the CT is tracking everyone as weird results: i.e. a roll of 5 total shows as -3 in the CT even if it shows as 5 in the chatbox. What are we doing wrong?
