I'm looking for four players interested in trying out The One Ring 2e LOTR TTRPG game from Free League.

I still need some practice in ironing out the rules before launching into a full campaign.

Will this game be using Fantasy Grounds, if so which license do players need?

Yes, the game will be using Fantasy Gounds (using the Core RPG system) and a free licence will suffice.
