    Dice Rolls not adding bonuses

    Folks,

    We just imported characters out of FGC into FGU and are trying it out for the first time.

    Dice rolls are not adding modifiers in the chat window. For instance, any skill checks are ignoring the stat modifier. Attack rolls in the chat box, don't show the bonus, but if rolled in the combat tracker, the bonus applies.

    What are we doing wrong?

    Make sure you are rolling on the combat tracker (should target whichever npc/pc the dice are dropped on). Same thing for tokens on a map. If you want to roll off of the target, you must first target the foe (ctrl+left click the token or tokens) there is a also a targeting button on the map drop down. Then roll the dice in the chat box or dice tower (if the PCs have the attacks setup on the action tab they can just double click after targeting to roll the dice and same thing applies for the DM with the npcs on the combat tracker).

    Everything does this. Rolling skills in the chatbox does not work. Rolling initiative does not add the dex bonus.

    Server is brand new install of FGU. No extensions.

    Specifically: If I target an opponent and click the attack button, or roll it on him on a map, or roll it on his name in combat tracker, it properly calculates the *result* of a hit, but in the chat box, it only shows the bare dice roll.

    Clicking Saves rolls only the bare die. Click Initiative rolls only the bare die. Making a skill check rolls only the bare die. It's like it's there, but doesn't appear in the chat box with the adjusted total.

    For instance, right now, if I click initiatve, the chat box shows me an 11, but my initiative in Combat Tracker becomes a 14 because it is actually adding my +3, but not showing it in chat.

    Wow, it looks like this was caused by the DM opening the server with more than one theme selected. When he changed it to the default theme, the problem went away.

    Indeed multiple themes will overwrite one another so the numbers were being sent to chat ok, but would have been in the same colour as the background and thus being invisible. Only one theme should be selected.
