3d view for a non combat tracker token

I was using tokens on the map for information or aesthetic reasons.
Like a chair or a statue or an out of ammo marker.
(for example I might want to place a chair or a statue onto the map and have it visible ,and such an object would not go into the combat tracker)(my yellow symbol for example is to represent out of ammo ,another example where such a token would not go in combat tracker)
This as of yesterday worked perfectly.
I just dropped a token from assets onto the map.
It was visible in 2d and 3d.

Today ,the token is no longer visible in 3d mode.

I have tested Cyberpunk Red ,Savage and 5E rulesets.
And a few different maps and tokens from my assets.

It is a generic problem ,not ruleset or map specific I dont think. The function I describe worked perfectly yesterday. There was a big update today and it seems to have effected 3d tokens somehow.
I think it can be easily tested by placing a token on map from assets ,and then looking at 2d ,then 3d view.

My little yellow exclamation mark ,he is visible in 2d but not 3d.

Note these tokens are placed directly onto the map. They are not from Combat tracker. Tokens placed from Combat tracker work OK. These tokens are just for either information ,good looks or terrain purposes. These non Combat Tracker tokens do not work in 3d. they did yesterday.

Here is some cards I place on map for information purposes.
    Same idea.
    (Images placed on map.)
They used to be visible in 2d and 3d.
This was a campaign where my party moved from 1 room to the next and I placed cards onto the map to signify events/encounters.
Worked great since the cards marked the party's progress and looked cool too.

As evidenced by the last screen ,cards no longer visible in 3d.

Thanks for the report. The issue has been identified and should be fixed in the next release update.

    Thank you very much.

Look forward to trying out the next iteration ,hopefully with these changes implemented.

Is this working now for you seanny? Only 6 of my 32 tokens show in 3d view when dropped from assets to map. Some don't even work from the combat tracker. I've tried webm and png. It worked great back in test. :-( Created just a token module and tried cepheus engine and MGT2 rulesets.

It seems to work for me .
This is is a really neat feature as you have probably worked out.

    It adds a
    (1) lot of aesthetic ambience to a map and adds
    (2) game play to characters that interact with the tokens as well.

I have been testing in Savage Worlds , CyberPunk Red mostly.
I have other rulesets but these 2 are my faves at present.
I assume though ,this functionality is not ruleset dependent -but it may be.

There was another update recently -
    maybe test again.

I recently purchased MGT 2 ,I will try there and post my results soon.
    I have tested MGT2 now.
I found sometimes an image does not stay on 3d map if it straight dropped onto the 3d map.
Some images work fine ,others might get lost somewhere -not sure.
But the functionality does work at least half the time.
HOWEVER ,I found if I use the 2d map first ,and drop my images there -
AND then swap to 3d map -all the images are present.
I am happy with the functionality AS IS -maybe try my little 2D MAP DROP trick.

    screenies-

See the Bald Guy ,I have dropped art assets all around him.
They are visible as you can see in both 2d and 3d.
I did drop half of them straight onto 3d map ,and the others onto the 2d map and then checked result.

This just gave me an idea. There is an extension that allows you to make Parcels interactive and can add a token to them for placement on the map. This makes that extension even better.

This could be the issue with your tokens.
Is the width larger than the height for your problem tokens?
Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.
