Can you provide me the exact place the optional rule is located in the 5E rulebook? This is for me to see the exact wording to ensure I'm can be sure what is the option. I'm not sure what you are referring to for the rage options and please provide me the location these are as well. Also, Mage hasn't been introduced to this edition. If the options you are requesting are from earlier editions and they aren't fleshed out in 5th edition, they won't be introduced unfortunately. The focus for this FG ruleset would be for the 5th edition and the features this edition presents in it's pages.
