I am not sure your meaning, But players do not need a FGU license to play and the game system we are playing is Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition (D&D5e).

What he was referring to is that normally a DM posts the type of license that they have, eg Ultimate, which the player then knows they just need the demo version. Or if the DM has Standard, they then specify that the player will also need Standard or better.

Looking for Players: Beginning Session: very little information other than you're looking for players and not a group to play in

LFP - OSRIC (1e AD&D) - Weekly Greyhawk Tuesday midnight game: LFP is the abbreviation for Looking For Player. The other alternative is LPG. The game system is 1e AD&D, or first edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons. Then it says how often the games are happening, the day of the week and the time of day. If you're not interested or not free, you won't click on the post.

LFP Traveller 2E Sundays CST: Again, note the use of the LFP abbreviation. The game system is Traveller, and it mentions the time and day. It also adds a time zone, which is very useful since the internet is world wide. If you're not interested, you won't click on the post.

DM looking for Players for two weekly campaigns - playing various systems: This post, like yours, doesn't have a very useful post title.

Lost Mines of Phandelver - Need 1 dedicated players for long term: If you're lucky, you'll recognize the Lost Mines of Phandelver as a 5th edition D&D campaign. Otherwise, there's very little useful in this post title.

LFG Week night Game (Pathfinder/D&D): This time the abbreviation is LFG, which stands for Looking For Game. This guy is looking for a game to play on a weeknight. They're willing to play on weeknights, but are only interested in Pathfinder or D&D.

LFP PF 1e: At least you know that this GM is looking for a player to play Pathfinder 1st edition. Other information would be useful.

LFP Cyberpunk Red tales of the red: This is from a GM looking for a player for a Cyberpunk campaign. I'm assuming that Tales of the Red is a pre-set campaign. But that's a guess since I'm not interested in Cyberpunk right now.

LFP 1 more Pathfinder 2E Thursdays 7-11 PM Eastern US Homebrew: This is probably the most useful title I've seen. If you want to play Pathfinder second edition and are free on Thursdays between 7 and 11 PM in GMT-5 you'll (currently) you'll jump on this listing. (Unless you really want to play a specific campaign.) And if you're not interested, you'll just skim to the next one.

LFP D&D 5e Weds 5PM - 8PMISH EST D&D 5e: This is about as useful as the last one, for the same reasons. I'm not sure that anyone is filtering based on specific campaign. (Although honestly, even though I'm looking for Traveller, if someone was running a D&D 5e campaign based on one of the Historica Arcanum source books, I'd probably jump at it, as long as I could swing it by my job.)

I'm sure you can see what you should be including in your title given these other examples. Most important is LFP or LFG (or spelled out), the game system, and the date and time of the games. Anything extra is gravy. Don't expect the players to vote on game system or time. If you've got six people interested, there's a good chance that you'll only get two people voting for the same time, and the other four will drop out. You're the Game Master. You get to make those decisions based on your calendar. And you should get players without too much trouble no matter what system or time you pick (probably).
