Resource Counter extention

Put up a Resource Counter extention on Forge because people keep coming up with good reasons for me just to do it!

Ok nothing fancy. Just a spare generic attribute box on every player character sheet. Click the little plus sign on the box and add the name and value you want. It will not add anything else. There is no dice mechanics attached to this.
