I don't think there's a Serenity ruleset out there. I have the book, and I tried to run a campaign, but I didn't like the system. However, there is a Savage Worlds ruleset and you can find a SW conversion of Firefly here:

You would have a lot better luck looking for a Savage Firefly I think. Good luck.
