I took the map you had and found it lined up with x and y both being ~18.292 pixels. This is the resulting (as 50 pixel squares) of the example image and seems to line up great in FG.
That tool is actually a lot more useful for maps where the grid is not equal (i.e., height and width are different lengths) and helps to make them real squares (or just to resize for use in the VTT or printing), as opposed to the example map which seem to be real squares. But in this case, it helped me to quickly figure out that 18.292 would be a good map setting (per Zacchaeus's post showing where to put the grid size.)
