Lost all my campaigns

hello. My operating system recently died due to a power outage during a bios update apparently. My Fantasy grounds program was lost and I needed to redownload it. My campaigns are now lost and the campaign folder is empty. Is there a way to get my campaigns back?

Did you format your HD?
If not search for db.xml and you will hopefully find all your campaigns

If you did format the HD then you might need to scan with a recovery tool and see if you can locate any db.xml files
They are the most important part

It is a good idea to periodically backup your FG data for situations like this.
