Initial and Intermittent Weapon & Nonweapon Proficiencies

I feel really dumb, but for the life of me I can't find where to adjust the initial and the intermittent rate at which weapon and nonweapon proficiencies are gained when editing custom classes. I know it's in there somewhere. Under the Advance tab of the class, I see there are fields for "weapon proficiencies" and "non-weapon proficiencies" under the level advancement list, but there's nothing there to control initial or intermittent rate.

It should be on the main/Advancement class page.

I think this is a bug. Smiteworks recently changed the way alignment/anchors work and I think it's moved all of these off screen. I'll update when I correct it.

edit: found and will send the update in. I expect it wont be in tomorrows but next week tho due to timing.
